Domestic & international shipping

I am so grateful to be able to ship some artwork to you! It is truly humbling and wondrous to know that you have chosen to live with artwork that I have created. I know as an artist and art collector myself that artwork brings life, magic, inspiration, character, and hope to your space.

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling.

Domestic shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 12-15 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, however.

International shipping may take longer than the standard domestic shipping. Please be aware and take this into consideration when making your purchase.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

Note: Original oil paintings have a longer period to completely cure. This means varnishing will also take some time. Time for shipment may vary depending how long each painting needs to cure. Please be patient as we are working our very best to prepare your painting with the highest excellency. In the case of extra, extra drying/varnishing or delay time before shipping, we will let you know!

returns & exchanges

If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via kyannawilkinson@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at kyannawilkinson@gmail.com and label the subject matter “SUPPORT”. I will be happy to replace your item.

NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
